Spooktacular Halloween & Entrepreneur’s Day Success

Halloween

Our school was alive with colour, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit as we celebrated Halloween and Entrepreneur’s Day — a double celebration that brought out the best in both fun and innovation!

The day kicked off with a parade of costumes that had everyone grinning from ear to ear. Learners arrived dressed as witches, superheroes, pumpkins, ghosts, and even a few mini teachers! The effort and imagination put into the costumes were truly commendable. Spooky decorations to jumping castles the atmosphere was delightfully festive.

Adding to the excitement, our Entrepreneur’s Day market showcased the incredible business minds of our learners. Stalls brimmed with delicious treats, handmade crafts, games, and creative products — all dreamed up, budgeted, and marketed by the children themselves. Learners enthusiastically sold their goods and practiced valuable skills such as teamwork, financial responsibility, and customer service. There was a sugar overload! (Halloween only happens once a year!) Parents, teachers, and shoppers were impressed by the learners’ professionalism and passion. The laughter, learning, and community spirit that filled the day made it one to remember.

We extend heartfelt thanks to all parents and staff who helped make the event possible — from setting up stalls to encouraging the young business owners and ensuring the Halloween fun ran smoothly. Days like these remind us that education is not only about lessons in books but also about building confidence, creativity, and collaboration. Our learners certainly proved that they can combine spooky fun with serious entrepreneurship!
