What do you want to be when you grow up?

 “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

That’s a common question all children seem to hear. Children today still dream of being a “grown up” and doing incredible things. Grade 1D were given the opportunity to think about all of the exciting careers they wanted to have, as an adult. They had a magical day of make-believe exploring different occupations with play-centred ideas. At CityKidz we encourage creative play and believe that role-play for children has very positive development benefits that would prepare children to understand and manage themselves. Pretend play can help develop self-esteem, creativity, confidence, independence and a sense of personal empowerment. Thanks Mrs Abed for making their educational experience so much fun!
